Golden is an experienced Public Health, Social Development, and Humanitarian Practitioner with more than twelve (12) years of practice across Africa. He is a Chevening alumnus and Commonwealth Scholar, and holds a PhD in Health Sciences (Public Health Ethics/Bioethics) at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom (UK). In addition, he holds an MSc in Public Health Promotion from Leeds Beckett University (UK), an MSc in Social Work from the University of Dundee (UK), and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Zambia. Golden has previously served in key leadership positions, including Deputy National Director at SOS Children’s Villages in Sierra Leone, and Technical Manager for Health Programmes at ChildFund International. As Director of Ethica Nexus Consulting, he brings a wealth of expertise in public health, social development, and humanitarian leadership across Africa. His work spans health, development, education, humanitarian aid, and social protection.

Kasoka combines his interdisciplinary PhD in Law, Ethics, Policy, Global Health and Human Rights (Birkbeck, University of London), post-doctoral diploma (Åbo Akademi University), and AI certificate (University of Oxford) with professional experience to create impactful, community-informed and driven solutions. With extensive experience leading and supporting national and global initiatives at organizations like the United Nations, the International AIDS Society, and Positive East UK, he understands the complexities that organizations face in driving meaningful change to communities. Having lived, studied, and worked in Zambia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Finland, his commitment to socially informed approaches ensures that strategies resonate with the unique challenges of key and vulnerable communities in Switzerland, East and Southern Africa. An established author, Kasoka has published widely, including in The Lancet, and serves as a reviewer for high-impact international journals, further enhancing his research excellence and critical analysis. Operations Manager
Dacious combines his strong educational background in economics with experience in project coordination and data analysis to drive community-centered solutions. His background in project management equips him with strong stakeholder engagement skills, while his experience as a Freelance Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer, including tutoring Master’s degree students, enhances his ability to analyze and synthesize vast amounts of data and communicate complex ideas effectively. Passionate about supporting the well-being of key and vulnerable communities, including young people, Dacious promotes meaningful participation in decision-making processes and addresses challenges faced in rural, urban, and digital spaces. He aims to create meaningful, lasting impacts through innovative and inclusive approaches. Harriet is a compassionate registered medical nurse with over 11 years of experience, including her role as a Departmental Sister-in-Charge at a hospital. Having lived and worked in a developing country with limited medical resources, she understands the profound challenges healthcare service users and providers face. What drives her is the opportunity to make a difference in her patients’ lives by ensuring they receive both the medical care, emotional and psychological support they need to heal. Her passion for nursing comes from a deep belief that health is the foundation of human dignity and a fundamental ethical and human right.
